To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you for your prompt service. I was surprised how fast the humidor arrived. I purchased the humidor as a Valentine's Day present for my husband. I opened the box looking for directions on how to use it. There were none. What do I tell my husband to do, to make the humidor work? I saw there was like a round thing that has a "sticky" that glues onto the inside (top) of the humidor. Do we need to add water to it? I apologize for sounding ignorant. Cigar smoking has become a new relaxing pastime for my husband and we are just learning about it. I would appreciate any directions you could give.

I have been shopping with you through a friend and now by myself for some time. I love your cigars and your pricing is almost always competitive with competition. The only thing that bothers me and will push me to shop elsewhere is your shipping charges and options. What costs me on the average $5 to ship cost $9 with you. Then for a second item I need to ship separately that item costs $6.95 and shipping is $8.95. I cancelled that item and will buy it somewhere else. Getting good prices on cigars is great. Getting wrecked by the shipping completely spoils the on line experience. thanks Anthony E. Triner Sr.
I have great service and the smoke have shown up on time. The price is good. Could be cheaper, but we all want that hahaha.

I just thought I would take the time to let you know. I looked and have dealt with several cigar companies. Their new trick is to rip people off on the shipping. So you will now be my first cigar company choice because of "honest shipping"

I have written a number of reviews on this site. I am somewhat reluctant to write another review because they continue to offer great service and I don’t want to sound like a paid person for their product. However, their service is unbelievable and unbeatable. I have been a customer for a number of years and experienced very few problems. When those problems did occur they address them immediately and corrected any problem that I might’ve had. If you’re looking for a cigar company to provide you with quality product and great service you need look no further.
