Great products and even better service. Several orders ago there was a problem with the Postal Service (USPS) and my order was for 2 boxes of cigars. When it finally arrived only 15 cigars were there, the box was broken and of the 15 cigars, some flattened and a note from the postal service saying 'sometimes problems happen". Really. Cigar Hut immediately sent, overnight, 2 next boxes. This time UPS. GREAT SERVICE. They dealt with the Post Office. Made it right immediately. That's the type of customer service they provide.
My cigar of choice isn't always available, but that is the same with other stores .I've never had a problem with The Cigar Hut and will continue to use and refer customers until I do

I think that The Cigar Hut are one of the best on the net for cigars and their service is the best. I must thank you for the great service and the polite people you have on staff they were very courteous to me when I telephoned and they were very informative which is more than I can say for people here in the UK when I telephone them. I have been a customer of them since 1999. Here it is 2015 and I still order from Cigar Hut and they still hold true, good prices and great service from Cigar Hut.
