The Series 55 Red is a surprisingly good smoke. I'd say medium-full with a nice flavor and kick of spice to it, thanks to the corojo wrapper. The ash is white and stays on awhile. The burn is generally even, though sometimes it will canoe. I just finished one earlier

The burn is generally even, though sometimes it will canoe. I just finished one earlier today and it had nice oil and a toothy wrapper.
I've tried other VS blends and found them yawners by comparison. So to me, this is the top of their line. I'd give it a high 8 rating, judging against other sticks I've tried that get 9s from people who know what they are talking about. The price point makes it a top-end everyday smoke for me, along with the Brick House Robusto
